Candidate self-description:
|
I love children. Raised two myself as a single mother who are now 27 and 25. I did home daycare and usually had 6-8 children in my home everyday. I was also the kool aid mom on the block. I was a brownie leader and volunteered at my childrens schools. When they out grew me I went back to college and worked as a paralegal. I've also owned my own business's. I do have some nerve damage from an injury that I am saving up for the opperation I will need. This injury does not affect my ability to keep a clean organized home. In fact I love to clean and cook. I do question if I can keep up with any small children I would have to run after. Older children would be great. I am a great driver never been in an accident and have my own car. I need a live in posistion because I do not have health insurance and would like to get my nerve damage repaired and my current income is not enough. I would be glad to be a part of a family and willing to do whatever needs to be done. Again I can not run after the little ones but can work with a little older children that can understand my limitations. I promise I can keep a sparkling house and love to cook and I get along great with the grumpiest of people or the silliest kids.
