Candidate self-description:
I have a broad range of nannying/personal care experience. I provide responsible, fun-loving, nurturing child care. I like to think of myself as a healthy supplement/ addition to a family who needs the extra heart & set of proactive hands.

Additional information:
If you are looking for a nanny that is responsible, well-organized, with a good work ethic who is able to work w/o constant direction....then look no further! I come from a large family and am able to multi-task w/o being overwhelmed while providing a loving atmosphere/ frame of mind. I don''t mind housekeeping and am able to manage both housekeeping and nanny-ing...but if I have to choose...children are always PRIORITY. Have been known to be able to manage an, suv, three phones, six kids, two dogs, a goldfish and four lanes of traffic and ensure that everyone arrives not only safely but in a good mood! When it comes to discipline style, I feel that it's always best to mimic parents style as best as possible. Positive redirection is always a good route, proactive discussion that is age appropriate, restriction of activities & time outs work well too.
